25 Weeks...

Well, since last time I posted, we found out we are having a girl! We still do not have any names picked out, but we still have 3 months right?
I had my 25-week appointment yesterday and everything is moving along quite well. I tested for gestational diabetes, and it came back negative. I was very relieved to hear that considering last pregnancy, I failed the 1st test and had to take the 4-hour test. Yucky!

Here are my stats:

Weight: 137
Total weight gain so far: 13 pounds
* Last pregnancy, I had already gained 30 pounds! *
Blood pressure: 117/76
Baby's Heartbeat: Absolutely beautiful!

I am feeling great!! My family was a little sick around Thanksgiving, but thankfully we are much better. My sweet, little girl and I were sick for 2 weeks. First, a viral infection then came strep-throat. For Thanksgiving, we went to be with my side of the family in Abilene, TX and it actually snowed on Thanksgiving Day. I don't remember the last time it snowed on Thanksgiving. We actually had about 6-8 inches. It was beautiful! We really did not spend a lot of time playing in the snow because we were coughing so much and had sore throats. But, my hubby took some great pictures of us. The following morning, my hubby and I hit Wal-Mart for the early bird specials. Can you say 5 a.m.? It was crazy but we saved so much money on toys and etc. We also bought a video camera at Best Buy (saved $75 buying it that day). We were back in bed at 6:30 a.m. In less than 2 hours, we spent about $600. Is that crazy or what? I highly recommend shopping the day after Thanksgiving if you like bargains.
